The session will examine best practices for developing zoning regulations that are grounded in a rational nexus; which ensures local requirements are directly connected to public health, safety, and welfare objectives. Attendees will also explore successful planning models from across the state and learn how well-crafted, legally defensible zoning can support both community goals and renewable energy development.
