Conserving Omaha's Water: Lunch and Learn
Join Conservation Nebraska for lunch at the UNO Community Engagement Center to learn about Conserving Omaha's Water! Complementary lunch is provided by the UNO CEC and registration is required.
M.U.D. will take a look into the water treatment process used to provide Omaha and the surrounding communities with safe, reliable, and cost-effective drinking water.
The University of Nebraska's Extension Office will discuss ways to conserve water, such as: soil moisture monitoring, irrigation scheduling, time of day, irrigation efficiency, distribution uniformity and other pertinent factors.
