Did you know that wind energy is the leading source of renewable energy in Nebraska?

Join Conservation Nebraska in welcoming Cale Giese and Ross Knott in this informational discussion focused on wind energy production in Northeast Nebraska and the city of Wayne. Cale Giese, representing the Center for Infrastructure and Economic Development, and Ross Knott, 2017 recipient of the Citizenship Award for his work in wind energy, will present on the many benefits that wind energy can bring to communities across Nebraska - including economic benefits, increased air quality, and security in our energy production future. The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and express their concerns.

This event will be held both in-person in Wayne, Nebraska as well as virtually through Zoom. We encourage people from Wayne and surrounding communities to attend in-person for the best experience.
