Join Conservation Nebraska for “Where Trash Meets Innovation: Lincoln Bluff Road Tour”
Get a rare behind-the-scenes look at the Lincoln Bluff Road Landfill! On Monday, June 9th, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, attendees will have the unique opportunity to tour the facility — including a rare view of the bottom of the landfill.
This exclusive tour will be led by Willa DiCostanzo, Waste Diversion Coordinator for the City of Lincoln, and Shay Flowerday, Environmental Health Educator. Transportation will be provided between different areas of the landfill.
Space is limited, and registration is required in advance (as well as the completion of a waiver for attendance, we will have these on hand before the event begins). If demand is high, an additional tour time may be added.
