Born to be Wild: All About Nebraska Animal Babies and their Families
Spring is one of the Nebraska Wildlife Rehab's busiest seasons – and in many ways, it is because of the misinformation surrounding how wildlife raise their young. Please join Conservation Nebraska in welcoming Lauren Salick, Education Director of the Nebraska Wildlife Rehab, who will discuss the natural parenting strategies of common Nebraska wildlife and how to know if they need our help.
Lauren Salick is from Waverly, IA and holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University and a Masters of Arts in Natural Science and Environmental Education from Hamline University. Her goal is to generate passion and respect for wild animals across all demographics by creating personal experiences and bonds between people and our natural world.
