Join Conservation Nebraska, November 9th anytime between 10:00am to 4:00pm, at Scatter Joy Acres for our Pumpkin Smash Bash! Have fun smashing your pumpkin, enjoying delicious food truck treats, participating in activities, and connecting with nonprofits and organizations dedicated to conservation.
Our Smash Bash is a free event for the whole family! The petting zoo will operate as normal allowing entrance with paid admission. Upon admission, you will have the option to take your pumpkin pieces into the petting zoo to feed the animals!
Don't want to head into the petting zoo? No problem, come out and smash your pumpkin and we'll make sure the animals get their tasty treat later!
Since the pumpkins will become animal feed, only pumpkins that are in proper condition will only be used. Pumpkins are not allowed to have extra materials such as lights, candles, batteries, or be painted or treated with chemicals.
If you wish to donate your pumpkin but do not want to participate in the smash bash event, there will be a donation drop-off outside the entrance.
