Potluck + Speaker Series: An Introduction to Nebraska Monarchs
Join Conservation Nebraska and the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center for our October Potluck + Speaker Series event.
This month we will be hearing from Mercy Manzanares, from Monarch Joint Venture (MJV), on monarch butterfly ecology and biology.
Mercy champions national monarch and pollinator conservation by supporting projects across MJV’s priority focus areas of science, education, and habitat. She is a knowledgeable pollinator ecologist.
This event if free and open to the public. Dinner will begin at 6:30, a shareable dish is encouraged but not mandatory for attendance. Plates, silverware and drinks are provided. Our presentation will begin at 7 PM.
Crane Trust Nature and Visitors Center is located at 9325 South Alda Rd. Exit 305 off I-80.
