Randy Smith is an Environmental Specialist with the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE) in Lincoln. He administered NDEE’s funding program for public EV charging stations in 2019-2022. He drives an electric vehicle (Kia EV6) around town and has begun venturing out around the state using public charging.
