 they have restored the home in an environmentally conscious way while also
  maintaining and developing the grounds to provide as much of their food n
 eeds as possible. The deinstallation of their propane tank occurred in Jan
 uary 2024\, completing their home’s transition from fossil fuel usage. The
  installation of a battery bank early this summer may allow the property t
 o be disconnected from the grid in 2026.
