 ker: Tina Jackson serves as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Black-foo
 ted Ferret Recovery Coordinator\, a role she began in 2024. She brings mor
 e than two decades of experience from Colorado Parks and Wildlife\, where 
 she led conservation and recovery efforts for over 70 species\, including 
 black-footed ferrets\, black-tailed prairie dogs\, Preble’s and New Mexico
  meadow jumping mice\, bats\, and a variety of reptiles. Tina has played k
 ey leadership and collaborative roles on numerous state and national worki
 ng groups and recovery teams\, helping guide multi-agency efforts to prote
 ct and restore imperiled species across Colorado and the West.\n\nShe hold
 s a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental\, Population\, and Organismic Biolo
 gy from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s Degree in Natura
 l Resource Law and Policy from the University of Denver Sturm College of L
 aw. Outside of work\, Tina enjoys traveling\, scuba diving\, wine making\,
  hand crafts\, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
