 onservation practices that help reduce nitrate impacts in local groundwate
 r.\n\nSpeakers include Marty Stange\, retired Environmental Director for t
 he City of Hastings\, who led environmental compliance and groundwater man
 agement efforts for decades\, and Brandan Lubken\, Director of Underground
  Operations at Hastings Utilities\, who oversees water\, wastewater\, and 
 natural gas operations and brings extensive experience in environmental co
 mpliance and utility management.\n\nAttendees will gain insight into how l
 ocal utilities balance infrastructure\, environmental stewardship\, commun
 ity needs\, and why water conservation plays a critical role in protecting
  groundwater quality for future generations.\n\nThis event is free and ope
