  for our collaborative Natural Environment Track of the broader Bennington
  Agrihood Participatory Design Series to share your thoughts and ideas for
  the development of the upcoming Bennington Agrihood.\n\nThe Bennington Ag
 rihood is a collaboration between Regenerative Places and Massena Farms to
  create a bespoke development solution to address the problems which exist
  at the nexus of urban\, suburban and rural life. This project seeks to bu
 ild a mixed-use neighborhood around an organic farm\, retaining at least h
 alf of the farmland while building a livable neighborhood with regenerativ
 e agriculture incorporated into daily life. This participatory design even
 t and subsequent events will inform the final designs to be included in th

 h event in the Natural Environment Design Track will focus on concepts fou
 nd in the 'Provisioning' category of the Ecosystem Services model\, which 
 the design track is based on. The topics will include agricultural product
 ion\, water supply\, renewable energy\, biomass\, wood and other materials
 \, natural medicines and more— all in the context of an eco-conscious\, mi
 xed-use land development.\n\nWe will begin the session with a presentation
  from Nancy Williams. Nancy has decades of experience in intersectional do
 mains of agriculture\, technology\, education\, business development and f
 ood systems. She currently serves as the Managing Partner for her family's
  business\, Block 27 Consulting\, LLC\, with the intention to leverage str
 engths and talents to cultivate collective generational wealth for clients
 \, community and themselves. As the Co-Founder and former President/CEO of
  No More Empty Pots\, Nancy led and managed the grassroots non-profit\, co
 nnecting individuals and groups to improve self-sufficiency\, regional foo
 d security and economic resilience of urban and rural communities through 
 advocacy and action.\n\nFollowing the presentation\, participants will eng
 age in several interactive activities to generate new ideas and share thou
 ghts\, which will then be compiled to guide the development of this innova
 tive new project.
