 epCFb4A2\n\nThe Raptorology program at the Edgerton Explorit Center began 
 6 years ago with 3 raptors: “Doc” the Eastern Screech Owl\, “Ted” the Amer
 ican Kestrel\, and “Roy” the Swanson Hawk. Just two years ago they acquire
 d a Bald Eagle named “Aquila”. These birds were rescued by the Raptor Cons
 ervation Alliance and deemed non-releasable due to their injuries. They no
 w live out their lives as valuable Education Ambassadors to help people to
  understand raptor behavior and biology better. Deb has been a volunteer a
 t the Edgerton Explorit Center now for 14 years! \n\nA Note on the Raptoro
 logy Program: \nThese Raptors are gloved-trained for the program and Deb w
 ill spend time discussing each raptor\; their habitat\, the type of nests 
 they build\, preferred prey\, and other characteristics. There will also b
 e artifacts that can be passed around to see up close and touch.
