Grow Your Own Herbs

Spring is in full swing and it’s the perfect time to work on your green thumb! Conservation Nebraska and our Common Ground Community Garden want to spread the leafy love by hosting a DIY workshop: a Grow Your Own Herb event! Swing by our community garden from 9AM to 11AM to plant a herb of your choice in a jar.
Join Conservation Nebraska, Nodest, and Hillside Solutions to learn how you can grow herbs indoors and then start the process of growing your own indoor herb garden! You will receive a jar, some soil, and a herb of your choice (basil, chives, parsley, rosemary, or thyme).
The compost will be provided by Hillside Solutions and potting soil will be provided by Nodest!
