Edible Wild Plants of Nebraska: Part 3

Coming Summer 2022, PART 3! Bob is back to share more fantastic knowledge about the wonderful edible plants that Nebraska has to offer. This event will focus on Nebraska’s tree species and the different ways you can use them for food. Foraging is a great way to eat healthy, low-cost meals while also spending time outdoors.
Join Conservation Nebraska and Nebraska Statewide Arboretum to learn more about the edible wild plants you can find in Nebraska’s landscape! Our speaker for the evening will be Bob Henrickson who is a Horticulture Program Coordinator.
We want to note, NEVER eat any wild plants unless you are certain you have correctly identified an edible species. Identification is entirely your responsibility!
